Pros
Great place to learn for a beginner. Flexible working hours and great perks for performance that too semi-annual. Employees can move across teams with moderate difficulty.
Cons
One should be adaptable to high moving schedules. Lot of internal high level politics, but doesn't much matter to low level employees. Few low knowledgeable managers may make you fee irritated sometimes.
