      * Work-life balance is good * San Diego Weather is good

      Cons

      * Very less salary compared to it's competitor. * Will ruin your career. * Don't join any of the LINUX Team. All managers are biased. * Given a chance always choose any other company over Qualcomm * Manager will always support only one or two person in team who are in his good books and no matter how hard you work you will never be rearded * Again don't join LINUX team management will make your life hell

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
