      Good Pay Excellent work atmosphere Fast Paced Development They really take good care of their engineers The performance review system is very fair

      Engineers spend about 50 to 60 hours a week :D. There is too much work to do.

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
