      Qualcomm has been under lot of stress from competitors specially from Apple. Compamy is on $1B saving strategy. Lot of folks have been let go and IT leadership sucks.

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
