      Good salary, like minded folks, good working atmosphere, well maintained offices

      Cons

      Only testing and verification related work, close to zero development(at least in my Technology, BT). Required to work on weekends on demand(which is quite a lot given the number of costumers Q has)

      Great design team. Learn a lot in the project. Great resources for self motivated technical improvement.

      Cons

      Big wave of talented engineers leaving in some critical departments. CEO lacks responsibility on the company development. CEO and CFO have been selling their stocks a lot every year.
