I beg anyone who is thinking of going to this company to stop. I know it may be hard to find a job, but unless you are in a very critical situation, go for that other company. Forcing older employees or altogether fake reviews to boost up the company score? That's how low it gets. - No one and I mean no one will care about you in Personio. - All people care about is seeming like they are doing something, so they get a promotion or something, no one really cares about actually doing things. - You have a huge problem in your team? Someone's acting completely out of control and is not abiding by the company policies? Expect nothing to be done and you to be expected to "deal with things". - If you are very lucky you'll get a good team where your teammates are supportive and nice, will anyone from the management actually help you to enable a better product development? No, not at all.
