Pros
Probably one of the best, most-human centred company cultures I've come across in my career. People across all departments are genuine and kind, and there is cross-collaboration between teams. The hybrid workplace setting allows for independence and flexibility, while still enjoying the perks of the cool physical offices and engaging work environment a few days per week. I have felt a good work-life balance overall. C-level are transparent, friendly and approachable. It is truly a no-ego culture, that from what I have seen in my experience, truly cares about its people.
Cons
Honestly, at this point, I don't see any cons. This is a growth stage company, where uncertainty and change are the only constant at this moment. The company is evolving into a more mature organization, but still feels like a start-up in many ways. I would suggest to all people considering to apply to take that into consideration - you need to be okay with change and excited about working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and be open to learn and adapt to new things.
