We’re happy that you enjoyed the team collaboration and benefits at Personio, but are sorry to hear that other parts of your experience haven’t been as positive.
As we’re growing, we’re also adapting and changing processes, as those that are in place can sometimes no longer be fit for purpose. Given this, we are continuously working to improve these processes, which also includes our Performance and Growth framework. We evaluate performance and salary for each Personio on an annual basis to ensure fair, equal, and unbiased promotion experiences for everyone. Feedback to managers is also required in this process.
