Pros
Working here has been a complex and challenging journey, much like the transition many companies face when moving from startup to enterprise. Change is a constant, but if you enjoy learning and “riding the waves,” there is a lot to gain. Your experience can depend heavily on the department you’re in, but at least in mine, I’ve been fortunate to work with extremely talented, collaborative, and generous colleagues. Their willingness to share knowledge and work together has made the challenges worth it.
