      Pros

      Great coworkers, good mission, good exposure to leadership and you truly feel like you have an impact on the business. Everyone at the company rolls up their sleeves and no task is too small for anyone. Employees really value the #weteamup company value and it's appreciated. If you want to make a compelling change to the business, a good idea can spark that and you can see it through. If you're near an office, the community finds ways to get together to either volunteer, or celebrate the wins.

      Cons

      There's not really many. There is structure and process in place but some things could be refined but that's what makes it fun too (the fact that you can have a say and change things up).

      * It's a great brand * Great partners * Decent product with strong distribution

      Cons

      * Management style was heavily top-down, with decision-making concentrated among a small group of senior leaders. * This was the same when they were all working at KAYAK under the same group * I observed what I felt was preferential treatment of certain employees (notably of a certain ethnicity - IYKYK), which negatively impacted perceptions of fairness and inclusivity within the organisation. * The workplace environment could be highly stressful, and concerns raised by employees were not always addressed effectively. * Staff wellbeing, retention, and morale appeared to be ongoing challenges during my time with the company.
