If you are an expat, your pay is above market rate If you know the person hiring you, your pay also above market rate Reward office politics and big boss regards their PA opinion as sound advice.
Cons
Work long hours Little engagement with employees. Only the obligatory townhall. No inclusivity of long term contractors working equally hard for the company. Can’t even give them a t-shirt. No trust, PA will read all emails and filter, nothing is confidential. Gossip is rampant and no data privacy.
