      - international environment - smart, hard-working colleagues - professional Austrian management - good work-life balance ( paid overtime, 6h workday on Friday, events hosted on holidays etc.)

      Cons

      - it takes a while for you to get noticed and receive responsibilities according to your experience and abilities - the older staff is rather inefficient
