      I have been working with Netlink Software's BI&A department from last 4 years. Netlink Softwares is a great company to work for those who want to grow, they have an amazing and challenging work environment and keep improving. Opportunities here are immense and Key stakeholders I am working with are transparent and align with the roadmap. What's the best part with leaders here is they are approachable. Here I have gained an abundance of technical skills that will be useful for years to come. They also give you a platform to explore diverse offerings within the company and the possibility to switch gears.       Pros

      They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

      Cons

      The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
