Pros
CEO not only has great vision but also wisdom, I enjoy Nvidia's culture created by him. Co-workers and managers are extremely helpful and work on the issue immediately instead of letting it expand. Best company and CEO in the world.
Cons
I don't really have chance to see coworkers--the most persons show up are for quarterly updates/Happy Hours (which may be a pro too)
