If you are young and ready to have kids, that's the place you want to go. Even for male employee, you may have 3 months family leave for the new born. That's why it is best work place I guess...
Cons
Anything says by CEO get manipulated and distortion to the employee. The middle management team just squeeze all the juice out, really political. No good benefit for experienced employee.
