Pros

US culture, US benefits translated to regional situations plus the max of local regional standard benefits like vacation, pension, notice periods. I would say the best of both combined. Salary very competitive and performance related. Exceptional very family friendly, even with the high demand and challenging work life balance as NV is no 9-5 company. If you like that and can handle this self responsibility, than it is a great place to work. Good development even with flat hierarchy, maybe not in the traditional career ladder, but with the chance to invent new, change and exceed your job responsibilities and your own competencies.

Cons

Connection international to US sometimes slow, many people involved in decision making. The good part of the "Start Up Character" has also a bad part of having no big administration part with fixed structure, so sometimes hard to find the right contact.

Pros

Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

Cons

Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
