10yIt's great to hear that you had the chance to own some big projects. Last year was our first year with companywide performance reviews, and we are making a lot of changes, so I agree that they are not at all consistent. Many companies are switching between heavy, light and no performance review processes, so there does not seem to be a right answer, but we'll keep dialing it in for our culture to make it as helpful as possible.
On the compensation question, it would be good to dig into your specific situation to insure there weren't disparities so please contact me directly. We ran an analysis several months ago to be sure that we were paying consistently across genders and the data showed that we were, but of course your team may have been otherwise and we'd like to know about that specific situation.
