      Pros

      1. Solid market position. Not much competition around so company will be making moolah for some more time. 2. Good retirement paradise. Not much work to do.

      Cons

      1. Not for people who like growth as that happens at snail pace. 2. Bad review process, bad ways to calibrate market pay etc. 3. in Bangalore ofc people are very average. 4. Not many teams in Bangalore. 5. Low pay. 6. Slow and painful processes for everything. 7. Work in Bangalore ofc is mostly duhhh !!! 8. No WFH

      Strong work-life balance; reasonable hours and low burnout Smart, helpful colleagues and collaborative culture Stable company with solid products (MATLAB/Simulink) Good benefits and campus perks (food, gym, etc.)

      Cons

      Development pace can feel slow and process-heavy May not be ideal if you’re optimizing for fast career growth, cutting-edge tech, or top-tier compensation.
