Salaries used to be very competitive, but not sure now that they have restructured and hire young college grads happy to land a job. Benefits are incredible with employer paid insurance, a wellness stipend, generous holiday schedule and vacation time, and employer 401K match.

Culture is toxic and a complete 180 of what it used to be. Like most corporate culture, you will only get ahead if you are favored by management, give all of yourself to your work, and keep your mouth shut. Do not speak out or speak up. Diversity and inclusion are for vanity's sake.
