Pros
I have been at Jägermeister since 2015 and have never experienced an employer where the employees are so passionate about the brand and dedicated and loyal to the company. The company is socially oriented and strongly committed to its employees. During the Corona period for example various initiatives were launched and an employment guarantee was given to provide more security. A lot is done to strengthen networking through employee events and other opportunities, and employees are very much supported in putting their own ideas into practice. Working at Jägermeister is so much fun and the company is full of fantastic inspiring people to learn from.
Cons
As a medium-sized family business, the company has grown rapidly and therefore needs to optimize processes and realign the company on an international base is really necessary. Digitalization needs to be driven forward more quickly.
