Average Pay No Career Opportunities, Operations Always behind - Supply Chain Analyst METRO Employee Review

No chance of increasing in Salary/ pay level. Limited career opportunities. Everybody aiming for that one position in management level which is already filled. Operations Department is always behind trying to fix the damages (Profit Gaps, Order Delays, Monthly Reportings not manageable due to minimal staffing)
