Middle management very political . Company policies and the German system does not reach the junior employees. Some good employees are asked to leave if they do not fit in the political agenda. Extra Marital affairs happening which is giving focus to favoring the few. HR does not focus on bright candidates that need a voice but on candidates that politically support the system .
