      Pros

      Great benefits. Dynamic leave. Effort to keep people engaged in the business. Great visibility of seniors .throughout the year.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a typical project manager role here, you're unlikely to find it. All accountability but no respect for the function or delegation to be empowered to deliver. Too many file sharing systems. Great central training but lack of community sharing within functions which hinders project delivery. Objectives are not challenging and do not encourage development. Therefore motivation is challenging. No clear development paths communicated to individuals. You have to be lucky to have clarity on your future.

      Pros

      An international company that gives you amazing opportunities for international exposure (either short or long term secondment in France, UK, Italy or Germany). MBDA regroups the best of each country’s culture to make those national differences a strength developing a strong Cultural Intelligence (CQ). Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.

      Pay could have been much better. Not much room for growth.
