      Pros

      Some very interesting work. Educational opportunities. Good facilities and remote working. Good colleagues. Lots of new younger staff are trying to steer the company in the right direction.

      Cons

      Management out of touch and out of date. Programmes run to meet the next deadline/fire/alligator snapping at your heels which has led to a culture of throwing people and money at the problem along with a JFDI attitude. Lots of silo'ing, heaps of unnecessary paperwork, failure to use modern tools correctly (a computer is a typewriter, so type). Designs drive requirements. Management risk losing the new younger staff or turning them into 1970's civil servants and perpetuate the cycle.

Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.

      Fantastic company to work for. Great Benefits. Relaxed Atmosphere 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Pay could have been much better. Not much room for growth.
