      Pros

      MBDA makes excellent products. It has a great depth of technical expertise and experience, but most of this is in the heads of its technical employees. The pay and benefits are reasonable for a defence company. It is doing well financially. Employees are generally well-treated, and there really is not a 'blame culture'. The turnover rate is low, and many people have been there for twenty or thirty years.

      Cons

      Many people have been there for twenty or thirty years ... and many are set in their ways. Organisationally, MBDA is overly complex and full of stove pipes. Middle management is mostly overhead. Opportunities for career progression are limited.

      Pros

Huge sense of belonging working in an innovative environment in order to develop, produce and deliver cutting edge technologies within our products for our nationals and export customers. Fantastic work life balance opportunities with hybrid working pattern.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of our products (Defence) it might sometimes be difficult or inappropriate sharing our day to day job achievements or successes outside the company.

      Fantastic company to work for. Great Benefits. Relaxed Atmosphere 90% of the time.

      Cons

      Pay could have been much better. Not much room for growth.
