Pros

Bureaucracy are kept to a minimum. Employees are empowered to do their job.

Cons

High internal politics. Lack of clear direction in terms of careers, progression based on "who you know" . It's not a French company, but.. French people definitely have a leg up within the organization. Politics everywhere, you get your opportunity to progress based on who you know (not what you do). Poor overall management of the organization has led it to its current state. Compensation is not in line with market standard, lost many good people recently.

Pros

Consistent hours, decent pay and overall good benefits provided to full-time employees.

Cons

In my experience, the plant’s physical condition appears to be declining. I observed multiple instances where safety-related work orders did not seem to be addressed with urgency, which created what many felt was a hazardous environment for the floor staff. The leadership’s primary focus appears to be on meeting production quotas. From my perspective, this focus on output often comes at the expense of transparency and employee well-being. There is a palpable "disposable" feeling to the culture here. It was my observation that employees who raised concerns or advocated for improvements often faced heightened scrutiny, and turnover appeared to be high following such internal feedback.
