Pros
Consistent hours, decent pay and overall good benefits provided to full-time employees.
Cons
In my experience, the plant’s physical condition appears to be declining. I observed multiple instances where safety-related work orders did not seem to be addressed with urgency, which created what many felt was a hazardous environment for the floor staff. The leadership’s primary focus appears to be on meeting production quotas. From my perspective, this focus on output often comes at the expense of transparency and employee well-being. There is a palpable "disposable" feeling to the culture here. It was my observation that employees who raised concerns or advocated for improvements often faced heightened scrutiny, and turnover appeared to be high following such internal feedback.
