A company that does not attract the bright spark even in leadership capacity and the sad tale is that these leaders dont recognise talent. A company stuck in the dark ages and where those seem to be elevated into leadership positions who really are not good at what they do but it appears that its all about not taking ownership and talking a good talk. Pros: you can easily be recognised as being good - when in fact you are average
