It is really a fast moving company, there is a lot of diversity here and you never get bored. The work environment is really dynamic and you can find some amazing people. People here are passionate about retail and that can be really inspiring. You can really build a career at Lidl as you have many development opportunities, but you will have to prove yourself and to work a lot. You get a good pay for your salary.
Cons
It might look a bit stiff compared to the other companies and it's true, but you need to think what is important to you. Do you want to be a good professional with some valuable experience? Or maybe choose the easy way? Lidl is definitely not the easy way, but it's worth trying! There is still a lot to improve in terms of employee engagement and building a friendly work environment, but the Management team is working on that.
