Soul sucking culture. Unless you are a rabbit, who chases after dangling carrots, this is not the place for you. Over promising & underdelivering is the name of the game! The executive board is a mismatched group of white European men (besides the one token woman added in 2022, known for executing layoffs in other companies) who have no relevant US training or culture knowledge, and the expectation of work is changed on an almost daily basis. You will show up every single day not knowing what the goal is. Not to mention, the do-or-die mentality trickling to the bottom. If working from 7 am until the next day at 5 am in the office sounds enticing, continue with the application. The culture transition to the US is exactly the opposite of what we have worked so hard to cultivate.
