Pros
Pay and 10% discount card. Nothing else is worth staying or joining for. Holiday entitlement is ok at best but even then you are called on your days off.
Cons
Kent Area is appalling or challenging as they might say :) Extremely two faced environment. I’ve heard conversations of Area Managers and seniors back stabbing Store Managers, Assistant Managers and store staff. Plotting on who they intend to try and get rid of and / or demote. Area Managers named each of themselves a superhero and had a chart to who was carrying out most disciplinaries on Management. Says it all really.
