100% Paid Health Insurance and 100% 401K Match with no vesting period.
Cons
"Encourages you to be innovative and think outside the box"--- AS long as you ONLY do it ONE way!! No flexibility, very political, high turnover and can not retain talent. Gloomy atmosphere. No promotions for non-Korean to upper management. Low level/younger Koreans are treated like slaves and paid less than american counterparts in similar positions.
