Endless overtime . Examples : 5 days of 10h shifts and a 8h shift saturday. 6 days of 8h first shifts and a third shift sunday (7 days a week work yay !) 6 days of 8h third shift and back to work in monday second shift. (no recovery from third shift) 4 days of 12h shifts and 2 days of rest , rinse and repeat for 2 months. Sunday does not count as sunday but as a saturday. At least 85% of saturdays are work days a year and they pay 26%. Most no-work national holidays are work days. Protection at work is only cosmetic. 500kg wire spools have been moved and ROTATED by workers (a single worker) by hands only. Every complaint ends with "factory has no money for a pallet truck that is specialized for wire reels, or just silence". Whenever factory has no work for a day or few , workers are given days off ... but here's the catch ! Instead of paying you paid leave , they just deduct your annual vacation days and later give you a paper to sign that it was you who requested not to work on those days and to spend your vacation days ! Cleaver way for factory to save money on workers account. Vacation is often shortened to less of 10 work days. If they wasted your vacation days , you will just get whatever you ended up left with. And much much more. Common sweatshop for cheap labor.
