Pros

Nothing, anyone who is a prospective employee, going in LEONI INDIA will be biggest mistake as that degrades your resume value

Cons

First and foremost, HR team is so unequipped in logic that they have no work to do and gets involved in throwing weight around just for the sake of doing something, they are so clueless that they create issues amongst other employees such that they have something to do. Very politically motivated and can't do any thing worthy of applause, there is lot of prejudice, there is no clarity of who will do what, always trying to find scapegoat for non performance, at least from last 4years there has been below par business due to inefficient strategies. LEONI INDIA needs severe change in management.
