Dematic India was good thought but Kion india ruined the whole thing just due to personal ego by upper management. Global dematic is a pro and a very technology orientation organisation.

Everything about KION india is a con. They scam employees in CTC by playing smart Lack of communication between HR and employees Kion india management hates dematic and behaves unprofessionally to the employees Partially at its best. Favours Marathi people only and caste discrimination also included in that. Zero work life balance No vision No real engineering done here The president and all the upper management only looks to scam global kion and fill their own pockets. No culture Only toxicity among the management HR lacks common ethics and is only there to scam the employees
