      Management is disconnected from the problems faced on the ground There have been a laundry list of top notch executives leaving their jobs ranging from VP, Presidents, CEOs, CTOs, Directors without any advertisement overnight The company uses the world's most outdated technologies and produces substandard products and prices it ridiculously high

      Pros

      Exec staff lays out the plans for the upcoming year and provides goals for all to contribute to reach the company goals for that year. A LOT of growth that is outpacing the business processes and systems ability to keep up with the change but everyone is heads down working to make it happen. Excellence is rewarded.

      Cons

      I would have stated distance vendors in supply chain impacting everyone's jobs but that is being corrected with onshoring of part fabrication.
