      Great work environment. High quality product made there. Good schedule. Work along side some great people there.

      Growing fast, experiencing some day to day challenges associated with that growth. Managing styles within company may vary quite a bit.

      Pros

      Exec staff lays out the plans for the upcoming year and provides goals for all to contribute to reach the company goals for that year. A LOT of growth that is outpacing the business processes and systems ability to keep up with the change but everyone is heads down working to make it happen. Excellence is rewarded.

      Cons

      I would have stated distance vendors in supply chain impacting everyone's jobs but that is being corrected with onshoring of part fabrication.
