No stress and easy going to work for

As for the role itself, not many benefits unless you somehow make your way to a senior position. Favouritism - if you enjoy being given either more or less work than other employees on the same team at the same career level, the company encourages inclusion and diversity but not sure how this is enforced, after complaining numerous times regarding work distribution. Don't be surprised to find out other employees of the same or lower level/experience are earning more than you.
