      Flexible working hours, 3 days from office 2days wfh. Ambience is good

      Cons

      Canteen is pathetic, Senior management is competitive.. no respect for knowledgeable and hard working employees.

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
