Pros
The people on your own team are some of the best. There's a lot of collaboration and sincere teamwork.
Cons
There has been drastic change among senior leadership and re-orgs that have left teams not understanding their remit. Some leaders were forced out but many really good ones leaving because of the chaos. Also, major cuts among some very experienced talent. Seems to be disproportionately older workers. Lack of confidence in current leadership. Proceed with caution.
