      a lot of autonomy, friendly peers, good collaborations among local & global teams

      local SG office enviroment can be improved, not much hope of career advancement if one is mid management, rather ambiguous enviroment due to frequent leadership changes

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
