      You get the support of Head Quarters, management allows the flexibility to work from home, from the office and gives you comp time when you work extra hours.

      Cons

      All the new technologies we are rolling out internally are still having issues and it seems like we are trying to do to much to quickly.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
