      Can be harder than it should be to collaborate with other business units within the company. This often led to frustration with customers who "didn't know who to talk to"

      Had a lot of flexibility with management in choosing and outlining the projects I wanted to work on

      Cons

      A lot of the more interesting IT work was reserved for a few set of teams, felt insular in that regard
