      Have only been laid off in 25 years.

      Cons

      Battery factory is dirty, loud and terrible ergonomic work stations. Work is unpredictable from week to week. Management is severely out of touch with employee's.

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
