      friendly atmosphere, able to get help when needed, good benefits

      pay does not fit work load, training is unorganized, managers play all day long and only work when they are giving you your stats for the month, impossible stats

      The benefits are good for the most part.

      Cons

      Overwhelming amount of tasks. Paying for company vehicle as a manager reduces your overall income. Made more money in the field. Overly competitive atmosphere within the company, No work-life balance, Nepotizm is ramped.
