Sadly we have lost our way during the past few years. The constant desire for a healthy share price, has led to cutbacks, outsourcing and a very overworked workforce. We were very short staffed in so many departments, so many departments are stressed and work extra time with no overtime money. The constant redundancies, or threat of redundancy over the past couple of years, has led to severe apathy. It’s a shame as it had the potential to be great..
