Pros

Great pay and benefits. Opportunity to move up in the company when you display proper traits. Lots of travel if you're into that sort of thing.

Cons

In such a big company you do feel like a small cog in a big machine. Control systems are very dated and archaic. Difficult to move between platforms because company decided a long time ago to make every upgrade backwards compatible. This means the new technology is not able to compete with what competitors are putting out so the product is slow, clunky and difficult to work on. I was told more than once by ex-customers that the sweetest sound they've ever heard was an old JC system hitting the bottom of the trash can....
