      Pros

      Flexible which is good for work and home life, been able to work from home. I work with a great team. Managers are easy to talk to and understanding so no issues going to them with any problems or issues.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great, not seen much of any pay increase either.

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
