      Some flexibility but that's all I can say.

      Curiously don't like to adhere to SLA Zero consideration for facts Zero consideration for employee wellbeing Zero empowerment for employees to do their job to the best of their ability Cliquey Extremely questionable ethics (check them out on ethical consumer for full details) No support for employees when it's needed Heaviest staff turnover encountered in any role - if you're looking for job satisfaction or security, you will not find it here.

      Pros

      Great people, there is almost always someone there to help you when you have questions. They tend to usually work the schedule around other commitments that employees have except during during busy season

      Cons

      They do not pay attention to problems that arise between employees and management at times and sometimes management involves itself in the problem and makes it worst. They are not big on seniority as the company has fired people that have worked here for more then 8 years. And it's a very repetitive job with little to no chance of moving up in the company
