Pros
Privately held, therefore company isnt laying off employees due to stock price. Alot of the business comes to them instead of you chasing it. Decent benefits, good people to work with.
Cons
They are abandoning the work from home intiative. Average age is on the older side for the most part. Progession to new roles on average seems slow (can take 3-5 years)
